Weekday Shoots >> We deliver Vacation & Resale/MLS Photos, 2D floorplans, & 3D tours the next business-day. Friday shoots are still delivered Saturday.

Weekend Shoots (Sat-Sat) >> Photos are Delivered on Monday.

Video services are a 2-day turnaround.

To achieve the best possible photos, we suggest a “less is more” approach. Showcasing essential furniture, minimal wall décor, and a few curated accents allows rooms to feel more open and inviting. We know decluttering can be difficult, particularly when you’re still living in the home, but tidying personal items and excess clutter helps create images that are both comfortable and visually appealing.  To ensure a smooth and efficient photo session, all cleaning and staging should be completed before the photographer arrives. Please remove vehicles from the driveway, store pet bowls and trash cans out of sight, and close all toilet lids. Items left out with the intention of moving them during the shoot can slow the process and may limit what can be photographed.

Zillow 3D Home Tours provide an immersive, interactive way for buyers to experience your home online. By keeping viewers engaged longer, these tours help generate more interest and inquiries, especially from out-of-state buyers considering properties in the Orlando and Central Florida area.

All of this can help showcase your home to serious buyers sooner, which may help your home sell faster.

If rain is in the forecast, we plan ahead with a game plan the day before any scheduled photoshoot if the hourly forecast predicts 40-50% or more for rain.  Anything under 40% we have a good chance of still capturing exteriors without rain or the photoshoot can be rescheduled before we arrive without any fee.  Any time we photograph with clouds, we include blue skies as a free service!

All drone services are performed by FAA Part 107 licensed remote pilots. We capture high-quality aerial photos and cinematic video to emphasize property boundaries, location, and nearby amenities—especially valuable for large lots, waterfront homes, and golf course properties.

If the home will not be ready at the scheduled time, please notify our team as soon as possible. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled or the property photographed as-is.
